Tom Stewart, CEO and Owner

A registered Professional Engineer, Tom Stewart received his MBA from UNC Charlotte and his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Prior to leading Castle Keepers, Tom enjoyed a successful 13 year career with JC Penney Corporation in logistics and warehousing. Putting his engineering and information technology background to work, Tom has developed proprietary software for managing cleaning and other home services on a large scale.

Tom is immediate past president and member of the board of directors of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI) and is an ISSA Certified Expert (I.C.E.) in Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).

Janice Stewart, Vice President and Owner

Janice has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from James Madison University and a MS in Nutrition Science from Rutgers University. She practiced as a Registered Dietitian for 20 years in hospitals, nursing homes and home health agencies in North and South Carolina. She has also attained specialty certifications as Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, and still retains her status as a Registered Dietitian. Janice is also an ISSA Certified Expert (I.C.E.) in Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).

Janice has applied her biochemistry background and hospital infection control experience to develop and implement cleaning processes that take cleaning beyond aesthetics to improve health and quality of life.

Janice is a member of the International Executive Housekeepers Association. Due to her expertise in the field, Janice has been interviewed for house cleaning articles in Real Simple and Woman’s Day magazines, and she is also a board member on the Housekeeping Channel (www.housekeepingchannel.com), a comprehensive resource for 'Better, Faster, Healthier' cleaning and housekeeping.

Raphael Arthur, Operations Manager

With twenty-one years of proven performance in personnel management and recruitment for the U.S. Navy, Raphael has faced and overcome challenges within the most demanding organizational environments. He earned his BS in Human Resource Management.

Raphael has a reputation for unlimited energy and laser beam focus. He uses his talents to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service in the field, help our associates reach their potential, and maintain a high quality of service for our clients.
